Welcome! My name is Jerry Lawrence, creator and owner of J. Law Artisan Sausage.

I’m dedicated to providing you with the most delicious and high-quality artisan sausages, hot sauces and rubs that you’ve ever experienced. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, and now residing in Atlanta, Georgia, it’s a love of food and family that started me on my journey to creating a brand using fresh, organic ingredients from my garden and local farms. The goal? To add great flavor, aroma, and comfort to enhance your meals. 

Many of my products are produced with ingredients direct from my garden. All of my sausages and pastrami are smoked and cured. Each hot sauce I offer is a unique blend of fresh peppers and Caribbean flavors. And each rub is comprised of flavorful aromatic herbs and spices.
